Boltjes Group is a certified company which holds ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 certificates.

Boltjes Group has been a holder of not only the ISO 9001 certificate but also the IATF 16949 certificate since 2011. We focus in particular on continuous improvement of the quality of company processes.

We also ensure the quality of products by means of:

  100% inspection of the tightness of brazed parts
• pressure tests (subject to client request) – pressure 6.5 – 8.5 bar
• 3D measurement
• static process control (SPC)

Innovation is the focal point of our company. This is why take pains to maintain intensive cooperation between our R&D department and our clients’ design and development departments. Together with our clients, we always try to find the optimum solution as far as price, quality and design are concerned. Our company invests considerable resources every year into upgrading and enhancing our machinery, technologies and HR development.

Cooperation with the Technology Centre in Hradec Králové since 2019.

The Technology Centre in Hradec Králové helps us to expand our knowledge and implement state-of-the-art technologies, which we use in the field of research and development. We specifically engage in 3D printing, virtual reality, automation and the Internet of Things (IoT). We are in contact with the regional branch of CzechInvest, the Business and Innovation Agency and the academic sphere within the framework of regional cooperation.

Our main objective is to meet our clients’ needs and this is why, among other things, we offer the following: special technical support, storage, an automatic information system for processing of job orders (fully integrated ERP system) and deliveries based on the “just in time” principle.

We have established a network of warehouses all over the EU in order to optimise our services.
